Took the order and payment. Didnt deliver flowers on day before Mother's Day. Didnt give notification. Didnt give refund. I called the next day (Mothers Day) and they just say "sorry, they couldnt deliver that far". Couldnt communicate well but said they would refund, but still has not been processed, have to file claim/dispute. Never again.

My son ordered flowers for me and they were delivered on Wednesday. Some were already broken and clearly old when I received them. I called immediately to complain and was told to "cut the tops off the delphiniums" that were broken!! They offered to replace the arrangement the day after. I agreed and the next day was given 2 delphinium and a couple of carnations. I expected a whole new arrangement not a few replacement ones. The liilies after only 2.5 days are dying as are the original small roses and delphinium. The flowers were crammed into a small vase and never looked good so I had to put them into my own vase to try to make them look better. Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of my sons money.

I came to this shop looking for an office plant. The customer service here was exceptional! The kind gentleman who owns the shop with his wife took time to talk with me and helped me select my plant. He also gave me very detailed instructions on how to care for my new orchid, now named Olivia :), who has been blooming beautifully! A bonus from this visit: the wise gentleman gave romantic advice to my accompanying boyfriend! Lol. He told my boyfriend to give me a flower every 3 months :). It hasn't been 3 months yet since the visit, so we'll see if my boyfriend listens to the advice. If I remember, I'll update my review in February. Hehe :).

Not sure why this place has some poor reviews. The customer service was excellent and the owners were so kind. I went in with my boyfriend to find flowers for his moms birthday and I quickly figured out which ones I wanted together and she was able to do this for us and gave me a free rose. The arrangement came out so beautiful! Will definitely be back 💖 I love supporting small businesses. Also, don’t judge a book by its cover… they have beautiful flowers here! ♥️

I believe this florist has very sweet people working there because they were very kind over the phone when they initially called, BUT that’s not the focus when someone pays for beautiful flowers to be delivered to a person for their special occasion. My friend ordered flowers to be delivered for my birthday since she’s overseas, and I received a phone call asking if I’d be home within an hour because there’s a flower delivery for my address. ***What a way to ruin anyone’s surprise…..*** Second they arrived 2 hours later, with the flower petals falling off and balloons nearly deflated. I would not recommend this florist based on my experience. **Picture taken today 8/9, but flowers were delivered Saturday 8/7 around 2:30pm.
